Against the odds

(Verse 1)
I was born in a small town, dreams in my back pocket,
They said the mountains were too high, but I had to unlock it.
With every step, every fall, I learned to rise again,
Chasing the horizon, through the storm and the rain.

(Pre-Chorus)
They said the path was rocky, that I wouldn’t make it far,
But I kept my eyes on the prize, and I followed my star.

(Chorus)
Against the odds, I climbed to great heights,
Sailed the seven seas, through the darkest nights.
I won the lottery of life, with a heart full of fire,
Dreams became reality, lifting me higher and higher.

(Verse 2)
I faced the raging oceans, with my compass in hand,
Navigating through the chaos, finding strength to withstand.
Every wave that tried to drown me, made me stronger still,
I set my sails to freedom, powered by sheer will.

(Pre-Chorus)
They said the sea was treacherous, that I wouldn’t find my way,
But I kept my course steady, and I seized the day.

(Chorus)
Against the odds, I climbed to great heights,
Sailed the seven seas, through the darkest nights.
I won the lottery of life, with a heart full of fire,
Dreams became reality, lifting me higher and higher.

(Bridge)
Now I’m standing on the peak, with the world at my feet,
Looking back at the journey, every trial was sweet.
For every no and every doubt, I found a reason to believe,
That nothing’s impossible, when you hold on to your dreams.

(Chorus)
Against the odds, I climbed to great heights,
Sailed the seven seas, through the darkest nights.
I won the lottery of life, with a heart full of fire,
Dreams became reality, lifting me higher and higher.

(Outro)
So here’s to the fighters, the dreamers and the brave,
To those who never give up, and ride every wave.
Against the odds, we rise, with the stars in our eyes,
Winning the lottery of life, touching the skies.
