Fightin’ to survive

Verse 1:
Woke up at dawn with a heavy heart,
Another day, another grind, gotta play my part.
Clock in, clock out, just to make ends meet,
Sweat and tears, pounding down these streets.

Stackin’ up the bills, feelin’ the strain,
Livin’ on the edge, dancin’ in the rain.
Got three jobs, workin’ day and night,
Fightin’ for my family, tryin’ to make it right.

Chorus:
In this rock jazz world, we’re fightin’ to survive,
Strugglin’ every day just to stay alive.
The government’s blind, turnin’ their backs,
But we keep on pushin’, keepin’ on track.

Verse 2:
Politicians promise, but it’s all just lies,
We’re left on our own, beneath darkened skies.
They sit in their towers, far from our cries,
While we break our backs, no compromise.

Workin’ the fields, to the factory line,
Every single penny, every single dime.
Feeding the kids, tryin’ to stay afloat,
Not a hand to help, not a single note.

Chorus:
In this rock jazz world, we’re fightin’ to survive,
Strugglin’ every day just to stay alive.
The government’s blind, turnin’ their backs,
But we keep on pushin’, keepin’ on track.

Bridge:
Saxophones wail, drums beat strong,
We find our strength, where we belong.
In the rhythm of struggle, in the melody of pain,
We rise together, through the storm and rain.

Verse 3:
Broken dreams, but we still dream on,
Hope in our hearts, fightin’ till dawn.
United in our battle, we stand as one,
Till justice and freedom finally come.

Chorus:
In this rock jazz world, we’re fightin’ to survive,
Strugglin’ every day just to stay alive.
The government’s blind, turnin’ their backs,
But we keep on pushin’, keepin’ on track.

Outro:
So raise your voice, let the music play,
We’ll find our way, come what may.
In this rock jazz world, we’ll make it through,
Together we stand, me and you.
