Crossroads

Verse 1:
I’ve been working every sunrise, chasing dreams that seem to fade,
But the bills keep piling higher, and the sky’s a darker shade.
I pray for some redemption, but the silence fills the air,
As I wrestle with my demons, wondering if You’re really there.

Chorus:
Oh Lord, I’m standing at the crossroads, feeling lost and all alone,
With the weight of the world upon me, and a heart that’s made of stone.
I’m searching for the answers, in this storm I can’t outrun,
Struggling with my faith, Lord, when the night blocks out the sun.

Verse 2:
I hear the voices whisper, telling me to walk away,
But deep inside I’m holding on, trying hard to find my way.
The river’s rising fast now, and the road is hard to see,
But I’ll keep on believing, even when it’s hard to breathe.

Bridge:
In the quiet of the midnight, I hear a gentle call,
A whisper in the darkness, promising to catch my fall.
So I’ll keep on holding steady, through the trials and the pain,
Trusting in Your promise, like a shelter from the rain.

Outro:
I’ll keep on walking forward, through the shadows and the doubt,
With a flicker of hope inside me, knowing You’ll work it out.
Struggling with my faith, Lord, but I know You’re holding on,
Guiding me through the darkness, ’til I finally see the dawn.
