On the Fourth of July, the skies ignite,
With bursts of color, gleaming bright.
We gather ‘neath the twilight’s dome,
To celebrate the land we call home.
The Founding Fathers, brave and wise,
Dreamt of freedom under open skies.
With quill and courage, they did write,
A charter for our nation’s light.
From thirteen colonies, a union born,
A beacon through the ages worn.
With ink and valor, they declared,
A future where all hopes are shared.
They envisioned blessings, pure and grand,
For every heart across the land.
A place where liberty would reign,
And justice flow through every vein.
Through trials fierce and battles won,
Their vision shines in every dawn.
In every flag that waves so high,
In every spark that lights the sky.
So, let us honor those who dared,
To dream a dream for all to share.
With fireworks, and songs of cheer,
We cherish freedoms, year to year.
For on this day, we stand as one,
Beneath the stars, beneath the sun.
Grateful for the path they paved,
For the freedoms they so bravely saved.
On the Fourth of July, we proclaim,
Our gratitude for freedom’s flame.
To the Founding Fathers, we give our thanks,
For the blessings that fill our riverbanks.
May we uphold their noble aim,
To keep the spirit of freedom’s flame.
In unity and hope, we find our way,
As we celebrate this Independence Day.
