He Died to Open Up Eternity

Verse 1
On a hill so far away, He carried all our pain,
Nailed upon that rugged cross, love poured down like rain.
He took the weight of every sin, to set the captives free,
Through His sacrifice, He opened up eternity.

Chorus
Jesus died to save our souls, to bring us back to grace,
Through His love, we find the light, in His warm embrace.
He showed us how to live our lives, with mercy and with peace,
In His word, we find the strength, our faith will never cease.

Verse 2
In the silence of the tomb, hope was born anew,
Three days passed and He arose, His promise coming true.
Now we walk the path He paved, with hearts forever changed,
Guided by His holy word, our lives are rearranged.

Chorus
Jesus died to save our souls, to bring us back to grace,
Through His love, we find the light, in His warm embrace.
He showed us how to live our lives, with mercy and with peace,
In His word, we find the strength, our faith will never cease.

Bridge
Love unending, grace abounding, in His truth we stand,
Every moment, every heartbeat, guided by His hand.
In the darkness, He’s our beacon, shining from above,
Drawing us closer to the Father, wrapped in endless love.

Chorus
Jesus died to save our souls, to bring us back to grace,
Through His love, we find the light, in His warm embrace.
He showed us how to live our lives, with mercy and with peace,
In His word, we find the strength, our faith will never cease.

Outro
Jesus, our Redeemer, our Savior, and our guide,
In His name, we find our hope, forever by His side.
