A Drive to Myrtle Beach

On a sun-kissed morn from Greenville we start,
With the wind in our hair and joy in our heart.
A lady beside me, with a smile so bright,
Together we’ll wander, from dawn until night.

The road stretches out, a ribbon of dreams,
Through whispering pines and golden sunbeams.
Her laughter like music, a sweet melody,
As we glide down the highway, just her and me.

The city of Myrtle, with wonders in store,
With the ocean’s embrace and the soft sandy shore.
We pass by the fields where the wildflowers sway,
Each mile brings us closer to a perfect day.

The boardwalk awaits, with its vibrant delight,
As seagulls circle high, in the warm morning light.
We share stories and secrets, our voices entwined,
In the heart of the city, our worries left behind.

The waves crash in rhythm, a song of the sea,
We stroll hand in hand, just my lady and me.
With ice cream in hand and the sun on our skin,
In this moment of bliss, it feels good to begin.

As the sun dips low, painting skies with its hue,
We find a small café, just for me and you.
With the ocean’s soft whispers and stars shining bright,
We savor the magic of this perfect night.

So here’s to the journey, to laughter and glee,
To driving together, just my lady and me.
From Greenville to Myrtle, where memories bloom,
In the heart of the coast, we’ve found our sweet room.
